Are you getting enough sleep? When we get too busy, sleep is often the first sacrifice we make — but it is definitely a sacrifice! Lack of sleep lowers the immune system, making us susceptible to a whole host of potential health problems; and it also impairs our mental faculties, making us not only less effective mentally, but also less safe behind the wheel.
