Take Some Down Time
Do you do too much? Do you lack down time? Do you feel you need to be “on” all the time? Today is Sunday, and many of us have been working all day, as usual. Now it’s Sunday night, and enough is enough! Heck, rumor has it that even GOD rested on Sunday! So, all you Healthy Hunks™, please remember to take some down time.
